Biography:
David Z. McSwane - Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs. McSwane is an expert in foodborne illness and retail food sanitation. The ultimate goal of his research is to identify hazards associated with contaminated food and implement food safety interventions that will prevent foodborne illness. McSwane also can provide general information about public health and environmental health issues.
