IUPUI Student Lands Pixar Residency, Will Assist Toy Story 3 Production

DIGITAL ARTISTS NAMED WINNERS AT VISIONFEST 2007

Aug. 21, 2007 — Two students in the New Media Program at the IU School of Informatics, and a recent graduate of the program were among the digital artists chosen as category winners at VisionFest 2007, a juried digital art and animation event for high school and college students. Entries were received in three categories - Sequential Art, 2D Animation and 3D Animation - and were judged by top Hollywood animation and digital art professionals during the three-day festival on the campus of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).   Full Story
