President Bush Appoints Victoria Champion to National Cancer Advisory Board

July 24, 2008 — Victoria L. Champion, Associate Dean for Research, Edward W. and Sara Stam Cullipher Endowed Chair, Mary Margaret Walther Distinguished Professor at the Indiana University School of Nursing was recently appointed to the National Cancer Advisory Board by President George Bush. IUPUI Director Ian McIntosh at International Peace Conference

July 16, 2008 — Every two years, peace researchers from around the world gather to exchange ideas and experiences, to initiate joint projects, and develop new avenues for research. The International Peace Research Association (IPRA) conference focuses on the most urgent challenges for peace. IUPUI's Director of International Partnerships, Ian McIntosh, who teaches a class on Truth and Reconciliation at IUPUI, will address the conference on the subject of 'measuring reconciliation'.   Full Story

David McSwane

David Z. McSwane - Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs. McSwane is an expert in foodborne illness and retail food sanitation. The ultimate goal of his research is to identify hazards associated with contaminated food and implement food safety interventions that will prevent foodborne illness. McSwane also can provide general information about public health and environmental health issues.
